Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (HKG:2411) said it has completed the conversion of 85.45 million unlisted shares into Hong Kong-listed shares, marking the full circulation of its share capital, according to an Oct. 31 Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the firm were down nearly 5% in Monday afternoon trade.

The newly converted shares were listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Nov. 3, bringing the company's total issued share capital to 1.82 billion Hong Kong shares.
