Ribbon Communications Inc. has announced new equity compensation packages for Steve McCaffery, Executive Vice President, Global Sales, and Don Toft, Senior Vice President, Americas Service Providers Sales. Steve McCaffery will receive 108,007 RSUs vesting in 2026, with an additional 324,020 RSUs vesting in six equal installments through 2029, and 36,074 RSUs vesting in 2026, plus 71,932 RSUs vesting in four equal installments through 2028. Don Toft will receive 93,677 RSUs vesting in 2026 and 71,932 RSUs vesting in four equal installments through 2028. Both executives have also been granted 108,006 performance-based PSUs each, which will vest depending on the achievement of financial goals from 2025 to 2027 (60% weighting) and relative total shareholder return compared to the Nasdaq Telecom Index from late 2025 to the end of 2028 (40% weighting). All vesting is contingent on continued employment.
