CBRE Group Inc. is acquiring Pearce Services, LLC, a provider of advanced technical services for digital and power infrastructure, from New Mountain Capital. The deal includes an initial purchase price of approximately $1.2 billion in cash, with a potential earn-out of up to $115 million if Pearce meets certain performance targets in 2027. Pearce, which serves markets such as critical power and cooling systems, renewable energy, wireless and fiber networks, and electric vehicle charging networks, is expected to generate more than $660 million in revenue and over $90 million in EBITDA in 2026. The company will become part of CBRE's Building Operations & Experience segment, and is expected to be immediately accretive to CBRE's core earnings per share. With this acquisition, CBRE anticipates generating over $350 million of Core EBITDA from digital and power infrastructure services businesses in 2026.
