Auna Prices $365 Million Senior Notes Offering

Auna (AUNA) said Tuesday it priced $365 million of 8.75% senior secured notes due Nov. 6, 2032, at 100%, which will be co-issued by the company and Oncosalud.

This includes $328.5 million of notes in a private offering and $36.5 million of notes to be sold to International Finance in a concurrent private placement. Settlement of the notes is expected to take place on Thursday.

The issuers plan to use the proceeds to fund a tender offer conducted by the company to buy its 10% senior secured notes due 2029 and to prepay debt under a credit agreement from November 2023.
