Paycom Software Inc. reported third quarter 2025 revenues of $493 million, an increase of 9% year-over-year. GAAP net income for the period was $111 million, representing 22% of total revenues, or $1.96 per diluted share. Non-GAAP net income was $110 million, or $1.94 per diluted share. Adjusted EBITDA reached $194 million, accounting for 39% of total revenues. The company highlighted continued growth in its products Beti, GONE and IWant. For the full year ending December 31, 2025, Paycom expects total revenue between $2.045 billion and $2.055 billion, recurring and other revenue growth of approximately 10%, interest on funds held for clients of about $113 million, and adjusted EBITDA in the range of $872 million to $882 million, with a margin of around 43%. Total debt was reported as zero as of September 30, 2025.
