Shares of Advanced Drainage Systems rose after the company lifted the midpoint of its full-year sales outlook.
The stock gained 8% to $145.55 on Thursday. Shares are up 26% this year.
The maker of stormwater and wastewater solutions now expects fiscal 2026 sales to be $2.9 billion to $2.99 billion, for a midpoint of $2.95 billion.
The prior guidance, of $2.825 billion to $2.975 billion, had a $2.9 billion midpoint.
For the fiscal second quarter, sales rose 8.7% to $850.4 million, ahead of the $801 million that analysts polled by FactSet expected.
The Hilliard, Ohio-based company said adjusted earnings were $1.97 a share for the quarter. Analysts were anticipating $1.64 a share.
