The contracted area sold was about 148 thousand square meters, with an average selling price of approximately RMB29,269 per square meter. As of the end of October 2025, the Group's cumulative contracted sales value reached approximately RMB43.8 billion, covering a contracted area of about 1,443 thousand square meters and an average selling price of approximately RMB30,348 per square meter.
