MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings Inc. reported fiscal fourth quarter 2025 revenue of $261.2 million, up 30.1% from $200.7 million in the same quarter last year and a 3.6% increase from $252.1 million in the prior quarter. Gross margin for the quarter was 54.5%, compared to 54.7% in the previous year's fourth quarter and 55.3% in the prior quarter. Net income was $45.1 million, or $0.59 per diluted share, compared to $29.4 million, or $0.39 per diluted share, in the previous year's fourth quarter. The quarter included a $10.1 million gain on acquired assets from the transfer of a fabrication facility. For the full fiscal year 2025, adjusted income from operations was $245.7 million, or 25.4% of revenue, up from $175.0 million, or 24.0% of revenue, in 2024. Adjusted net income for the year was $263.4 million, or $3.47 per diluted share, compared to $188.2 million, or $2.56 per diluted share, in 2024. For the first quarter of fiscal 2026, MACOM expects revenue between $265 million and $273 million, adjusted gross margin between 56.5% and 58.5%, and adjusted earnings per diluted share between $0.98 and $1.02.
