Interface Inc. has been named one of America's Greenest Companies of 2026 by Newsweek. The recognition is based on the company's efforts to reduce environmental impact, including progress toward carbon reduction and a commitment to become carbon negative by 2040. Interface's 2030 science-based targets, aligned with limiting global temperature increases to 1.5ºC, have been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative. The company reports that it has surpassed the halfway point toward its 2030 climate goals within five years of beginning its 11-year reduction plan. Interface is the only flooring manufacturer included on Newsweek's list for the second consecutive year.
