Press Release: Marcus Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--November 05, 2025-- 

Directors of The Marcus Corporation $(MCS)$ today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid December 15, 2025, to shareholders of record on November 25, 2025.

The Board of Directors also declared a dividend of $0.073 per share on the Class B common stock. The dividend on the Class B common stock, which is not publicly traded, will also be paid December 15, 2025, to shareholders of record on November 25, 2025.
