The Group recorded a contracted sales value of approximately RMB1.01 billion for the month, with a contracted sales area of around 88 thousand square meters and an average selling price of about RMB11,480 per square meter. As of the end of October 2025, the total contracted sales value reached approximately RMB32.77 billion, with a cumulative contracted sales area of approximately 1,089 thousand square meters and an average selling price of roughly RMB30,090 per square meter.
