Evergy Inc. reported net income attributable to the company of $475.0 million, or $2.03 per diluted share, for the three months ended September 30, 2025, compared to $465.6 million, or $2.02 per diluted share, for the same period in 2024. Adjusted earnings (non-GAAP) for the third quarter of 2025 were $475.1 million, or $2.03 per share, up from $465.6 million, or $2.02 per share, in the previous year. For the year to date September 30, 2025, adjusted earnings were $794.0 million, or $3.41 per share, compared to $797.3 million, or $3.46 per share, for the same period in 2024. During the period, Evergy recorded unrealized and impairment losses of $29.0 million from non-regulated investments in early-stage clean energy and energy solutions companies and began a process to dispose of these investments.
