Huntsman Corporation reported third quarter 2025 revenues of $1,460 million, down from $1,540 million in the same period of 2024. Gross profit for the quarter was $204 million compared to $234 million last year. The company recorded a net loss attributable to Huntsman of $25 million, compared to a net loss of $33 million in the prior year. Adjusted net loss was $5 million, versus adjusted net income of $17 million last year. Adjusted EBITDA was $94 million, down from $131 million. Net cash provided by operating activities from continuing operations was $200 million, up from $134 million in the prior-year quarter. Free cash flow from continuing operations increased to $157 million from $93 million. The company noted that volumes improved compared to the prior year, while pricing in some areas remained under pressure.
