The Group reported sales of 2,587 units of self-investment projects in October 2025, covering a sales area of approximately 360,000 square meters. Monthly sales reached around RMB12.2 billion, with an average selling price of RMB33,936 per square meter. From January to October 2025, Greentown Group recorded a total sales area of 3,510,000 square meters and contracted sales of approximately RMB120.4 billion, with around RMB78.8 billion attributable to the Group. As of 31 October 2025, subscription sales amounted to RMB3.4 billion, with approximately RMB2.2 billion attributable to Greentown Group. In October 2025, the project management business achieved a sales area of about 850,000 square meters and total sales of RMB10.1 billion. For the first ten months of the year, project management business sales reached RMB80.7 billion and a total sales area of 6,180,000 square meters. Overall, for the ten months ended 31 October 2025, Greentown Group recorded a total sales area of approximately 9,690,000 square meters and total contracted sales of about RMB201.1 billion.
