HDB Financial Services (NSE:HDBFS, BOM:544429) has raised 4.60 billion Indian rupees through the allotment of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) in two tranches on a private placement basis, according to a Tuesday filing with Indian bourses.
The first tranche includes 18,500 NCDs worth 1.85 billion rupees, maturing on Aug. 4, 2028, with a coupon rate of 7.3274% (XIRR 7.20%).
The second tranche comprises 27,500 NCDs aggregating 2.75 billion rupees, maturing on Oct. 4, 2030, carrying a coupon rate of 7.3268% (XIRR 7.325%), the filing said.
