Kiwi Property Group (NZE:KPG) conditionally agreed to sell 6.4 hectares of land at its Drury development located south of Auckland to Costco Wholesale, paving the way for New Zealand's second Costco store, according to a Wednesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
