Beyond Meat reported third quarter 2025 net revenues of $70.2 million, a decrease of 13.3% from $81.0 million in the prior-year period. Gross profit was $7.2 million, with a gross margin of 10.3%, compared to $14.3 million and a gross margin of 17.7% last year. Loss from operations was $112.3 million, up from a loss of $30.9 million a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA was a loss of $21.6 million, compared to a loss of $19.8 million in the same period last year. The company cited a 10.3% decrease in volume of products sold and a 3.5% decrease in net revenue per pound, driven by weak category demand, reduced points of distribution in the U.S. retail channel, and lower international foodservice sales. Beyond Meat noted substantial cost reductions, debt maturity extension, and added liquidity as key business developments during the period. For the fourth quarter of 2025, net revenues are expected to be in the range of $60 million to $65 million.
