Net income attributable to Radiant Logistics was $1.3 million, or $0.03 per basic and fully diluted share, down from $3.4 million, or $0.07 per share, in the prior-year period. Adjusted net income was $4.5 million, or $0.09 per share, compared to $7.9 million, or $0.17 per basic and $0.16 per fully diluted share, in the previous year. The company noted continued progress with acquisitions and stock buy-backs and reported low leverage with drivers for acquisition and organic growth.
