The company highlights the significant unmet medical need for therapies targeting oncogene amplified cancers, which are generally unresponsive to existing targeted and immunotherapies. Boundless Bio's approach leverages extrachromosomal DNA (ecDNA), identified as a key driver of oncogene amplification in cancer. The presentation outlines the company's clinical-stage candidates, including BBI-355, an oral CHK1 inhibitor, and BBI-825, an oral RNR inhibitor, both being evaluated in the POTENTIATE clinical trial.
