West Wits Mining (ASX:WWI) said it issued 100.4 million unlisted options to Absa Bank to settle fees of 7.7 million South African Rand payable to the lender under the 875 million South African Rand senior syndicated loan facility, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Each option has an exercise price of AU$0.0185 and expires five years from the date of issue.
