Alpina (SGX:ZXY) is expected to delist from the Singapore Exchange on or around Dec.18 after 99.99% of the shareholders voted in favor of the scheme resolution, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Following the approval of the scheme, the company will submit an application to the court to sanction the scheme and close in on its privatization.
