Mm2 Asia Subsidiaries Receive Letters of Demand from United Overseas Bank; Shares Plunge 25%

Mm2 Asia's (SGX:1B0) subsidiaries, mm2 Entertainment, UnUsUal Management, mm Plus and mm Connect received letters of demand from United Overseas Bank in relation to owed debts, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The bank is demanding an aggregate outstanding amount of about SG$74.6 million within seven days from the date of the letter.

The company is now seeking legal advice over the matter and will provide an update based on material developments.

Shares of the company plunged over 25% in Monday trading.
