Evolution Global Acquisition (EVOX) shares rose 1.5% in their Nasdaq debut on Tuesday after the blank check company priced its $210 million initial public offering.
The offering of 21 million units was priced at $10 per unit. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a redeemable warrant exercisable at a price of $11.50 a share, the company said Monday.
The offering is expected to close on Wednesday.
