Wagners Holding (ASX:WGN) said it projected a fiscal first-half earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) result in the range of AU$31 million to AU$33 million, and a fiscal year 2026 EBIT result between AU$52 million and AU$56 million, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The forecast for the fiscal second half takes into account lower volumes in January 2026, increases in clinker and shipping costs affecting margins in the cement business, as well as the completion of two bulk haulage projects and reduced volumes in the composite fiber technologies business.
