Adjusted EBITDA increased 59% to $10.7 million. For the third quarter of 2025, revenues were $41.9 million, down 40% from Q3 2024. The company reported a net loss of $1.5 million for the quarter, compared to net income of $2.6 million in the same period last year. TSS Inc. noted lower-than-expected rack integration volumes in its Systems Integration business during the quarter, and has implemented new procedures to address this, expecting higher volumes in the fourth quarter. Investments in a new factory also impacted third quarter costs.
