Acrophyte Hospitality Trust's (SGX:XZL) net property income fell 13% in the third quarter to $11.1 million from $12.8 million a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Gross revenue, meanwhile, fell 5.3% year over year to $43.1 million from $45.5 million as revenue per available unit fell 1.5% to $103 during the period.
