Singapore Authorities Mandate Advanced Systems Automation to Provide Documents

Singapore Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) of the Singapore Police Fore has mandated Advanced Systems Automation (SGX:WJ9) to provide it with certain documents relating to the company on or before Dec. 10.

The documents are in connection with an ongoing investigation in relation to potential offenses committed by former chief executive officer Seah Chong Hoe and former director Sri Mohd Sopiyan Bin Mohd Rashdi, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The company said that it will fully cooperate in the investigation and will provide the relevant documents as mandated.
