USPACE Technology Group Limited has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gang Hang Ke (Shenzhen) Space Technology Co., Ltd., has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Quanzhou Zhongke Xingqiao Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. The two parties intend to collaborate on a range of industrial projects, including commercial aerospace initiatives, the development of a global commercial space-ground link network base, and a remote sensing satellite ground receiving station network. The proposed cooperation also covers the establishment of an aerospace technology and space-air-ground integration industrial park, an aerospace big data science and technology innovation centre, and support for the high-resolution remote sensing satellite "Constellation Program". As of now, no formal agreement for the establishment of a joint venture company has been signed, and the formation of such a joint venture remains subject to further negotiation.
