Spruce Power Holding Corporation has released a new investor presentation outlining its business strategy and recent developments. The company manages approximately 145,000 solar systems and customer contracts across the United States, focusing on maximizing the value of existing solar assets through operational efficiencies and asset management. Spruce Power is not involved in new solar installations, instead acquiring portfolios of operational systems and providing ongoing management services. Recent acquisitions have expanded the company's portfolio by nearly 35,000 contracts over the past two years. Notably, in March 2023, Spruce Power completed the acquisition of the Spruce Power 4 Portfolio, adding over 22,500 residential solar contracts and extending its presence to 18 states. The acquired portfolio has an average remaining contract life of about 14 years and is expected to generate an estimated annual billing of $21 million.
