Jiangsu Jiangnan Water (SHA:601199) said a consortium that included subsidiary Jiangnan Water Municipal Engineering Jiangyin signed an engineering, procurement and construction contract valued at about 368.4 million yuan.

The project, awarded by the Jiangyin Lingang Economic Development Zone Management Committee, focuses on improving water supply and drainage quality in the region, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The project is slated for completion in 488 days by Jan. 31, 2027.

The other member of the consortium is CMC International Engineering Design & Research Institute.

Shares of the water services provider rose 1% in recent trade.
