Keros to Repurchase 11 Million Shares in Oversubscribed Tender Offer

Keros Therapeutics (KROS) said Wednesday that it will repurchase almost 11 million shares at $17.75 each, or a total of $194.4 million, in a tender offer that expired on Tuesday.

The offer was oversubscribed, with about 16.7 million shares validly tendered and about 1.2 million shares tendered through notice of guaranteed delivery, the company said.

The shares to be acquired represent around 35.91% of the company's outstanding stock as of Tuesday, Keros said
