BTC -0.4300%再度跌穿10萬美元，由10月6日創下歷史高位12.6萬美元計，至今已跌超過兩成。機構投資有加碼拋售跡售，根據SoSo Value 統計數據顯示，比特幣ETF於11月13日再度出現資金淨流出，金額約8.69億美元，是自今年2月25日以來第二大單日流出紀錄。
其中Grayscale旗下比特幣迷你信託（BTC）淨流出最大，單日流出3.18億美元；至於BlackRock旗下的IBIT亦流出2.566億美元。截至11月13日，於美國上市的12只比特幣EFT總資產淨值1305.4億美元，佔比特幣總市值約6.67%。

除了ETF之外，根據加密貨幣分析公司CryptoQuant在X發帖子稱，於過去30天，長線投資者合共沽售81.5萬枚比特幣，是自2024年1月以來最多，反映市場對比特幣的需求正在收縮。
CryptoQuant在分析報告中進一步指出，比特幣市場仍處於看跌階段，反映市場情緒正在轉變，因這類長期投資者一向是比特幣持有者中最不易拋售的一群，這可能預示更多的下行壓力。

不過，資產管理公司Bitwise行政總裁Hunter Horsley則持不同的看法，他在X發帖子稱，加密貨幣的四年周期模式是基於往日加密貨幣時代，自比特幣ETF的推出以及新監管模式。目前進入新市場結構、新市場參與者、投資者也有新的買賣理由。他進一步指出，現時市場可能是在已經歷6個月熊市，並有可能正邁向熊市完結的階段。
