AIMS APAC REIT (SGX:O5RU) completed the SG$56.7 million acquisition of a building at 2 Aljunied Avenue 1, Singapore, from Framework Building Products, according to an after-market filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The REIT partly financed the acquisition through proceeds raised from an equity fund raising exercise on Nov. 3, 2023, where it raised around SG$100 million. The REIT had set aside SG$36.2 million for the acquisition.

The industrial property has a gross floor area of 18,662.13 square meters and a leasehold term of 30 years, according to a previous filing.
