Alternergy (PSE:ALTER) unit Alternergy Wind is acquiring a 95% equity stake in MC Project Solutions, according to a Monday Philippines Exchange filing.

MC Project Solutions is developing the Alegria Cebu Wind Power Project. The wind farm has an estimated capacity of 56 megawatts to 80 megawatts.

Alternergy said the project was selected as a winning bidder in the Department of Energy's fourth Green Energy Auction held on Sept. 2.

The project remains in the pre-development stage and is expected to begin delivery in late 2028, it said.
