USPACE Technology Group Limited has announced that it has entered into a cooperation framework agreement with Qingyuan Qingtou Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. The two parties intend to jointly establish an industrial merger and acquisition investment fund with a target size of RMB4 billion. The fund, expected to be registered in Qingcheng, will focus on collaboration in related industries. As of now, no formal limited partnership agreement has been signed, and the establishment of the fund is subject to further agreement and may not proceed. The company has advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution and will provide updates in accordance with relevant listing rules.
