CVC Schedules Redemption of CVC Notes 2 with Reinvestment Option

CVC (ASX:CVC) has issued a redemption notice for CVC notes 2 (CVCHA) pursuant to the terms of the note trust deed, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The holders may reinvest in CVC notes 3 through a reinvestment offer commencing Dec. 10, with any CVCHA not reinvested being mandatorily redeemed on the same date, per the filing.

Eligible holders as of Dec. 2 will receive AU$100 per note, an early redemption premium of AU$2, and the final interest payment for the period from Sept. 30 to Dec. 20, the filing said.

The last day for trading CVCHA on the Australian Securities Exchange is expected to be Nov. 28, the filing added.
