Bondada Engineering (BOM:543971, NSE:BONDADA) said it has received a letter of award worth 4.65 billion Indian rupees from Maharashtra State Power Generation as the lead member of a consortium, according to a Monday filing on Indian bourses.

Shares of Bondada Engineering rose nearly 4% in Monday's trade.

The contract covers a 100 MWAC solar EPC package at Jiwachiwadi in Beed district, including land identification and procurement, design, engineering, supply, construction, and commissioning, along with a power-evacuation system up to the STU substation. It also includes three years of operations and maintenance, the filing said.

The project must be completed within 450 days of accepting the LOA, it added.
