SAP's (SAP) Delos Cloud said Tuesday it signed a memorandum of understanding with Microsoft (MSFT) to keep cloud services running during major crises.

The partnership gives Delos Cloud the legal and technical capability to keep serving European customers if a non-European government orders Microsoft to restrict its cloud services, Delos Cloud said.

Affected customers could shift their workloads to Delos Cloud, it said.
