Cash and cash equivalents and short-term bank deposits totaled $30.6 million as of the end of September 2025. The company reached an annualized run rate of over 1.7 million transactions and $1.3 billion gross booking value. Freightos achieved a record 429,000 transactions in the third quarter, up 27% year over year, marking its 23rd consecutive quarter of record transactions. The number of carriers active on the platform with more than five bookings in the quarter increased from 75 to 77. The company noted continued growth in transactions between carriers and freight forwarders and highlighted the expansion of its multimodal ocean and air solution.
