FleetPartners Group (ASX:FPR) reported fiscal 2025 earnings of AU$0.375 per share, excluding certain items, up from AU$0.365 in the year-earlier period, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Analysts polled by Visible Alpha expected EPS of AU$0.34.

Revenue from continuing operations for the year ended Sept. 30 rose to AU$786.2 million from AU$761.6 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$699.2 million.

The company expects operating expenses to increase by up to 3% in fiscal 2026.

The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.136 per share, payable Jan. 16 to shareholders on record as of Dec. 16.

The company said the board decided to increase the capital payout ratio range to 60% to 70% of after-tax net profit before amortization, supported by strong cash flow.
