BT Brands Inc. reported earnings of $0.15 per share for the third quarter of 2025 and $0.10 per share for the nine-month period ended September 28, 2025. Cash and short-term investments increased to $4.7 million, up from $3.5 million at the end of the second quarter, reflecting a rise of $1.2 million. Restaurant EBITDA rose by 74% compared to the prior year. BT Brands currently operates fourteen restaurant locations and holds a 40.7% interest in Bagger Dave's Burger Tavern. The company entered into a definitive merger agreement with Aero Velocity, Inc., under which Aero will merge with a BT Brands subsidiary to form Aero Systems, Inc. Following the merger, BT Brands will spin off BT Group, Inc., which will retain all restaurant operations, assets, cash, and investments. The company expects to maintain profitability for the remainder of fiscal 2025.
