Lai Sun Development Company Limited has published its annual report for the year ended 31 July 2025. According to the report, the company experienced a decline in turnover and gross profit compared to the previous year. The decrease was mainly attributed to reduced property sales from Lai Fung Group, as several projects have been almost completely sold, as well as a lower contribution from the film and TV program segment due to fewer new releases. The group also noted it is in advanced negotiations for asset disposals to improve liquidity, following its previously announced intention to achieve significant disposals over the next two years.
