Prada (HKG:1913) has agreed to acquire a 14,800-square-meter property in Milan, Italy, from Ludo Due, a firm controlled by executive director and major shareholder Miuccia Prada, for nearly 66.6 million euros, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The property spans an 11-building office and laboratory complex, which the group has occupied since 2013, plus a neighbouring undeveloped parcel.
Prada said the acquisition supports plans to consolidate Milan offices amid large-scale redevelopment around the Porta Romana district, including projects tied to the 2026 Winter Olympics.
