Awalé Resources Ltd. has launched an extensive 88,000-metre diamond drilling program at its Odienné Project in Côte d'Ivoire. The program, conducted in partnership with Newmont, is the largest undertaken by the company and aims to advance the BBM, Charger, and Empire targets toward initial resource estimates while accelerating greenfield exploration across the district. Four drill rigs are currently operating with two more set to arrive in December. Initial drilling results from the Charger target are expected before the end of the year, with a steady flow of results anticipated throughout the 2026 field season. The program also includes infill geochemistry and strike-extension drilling to support resource definition and new discoveries.
