National Presto Industries appointed David Peuse as interim chief financial officer.

Peuse has served as treasurer for the appliance and defense technology firm since 2019 after joining the company in 1996 as an internal auditor.

He succeeds Lillian Meyer, who joined the company as CFO in August 2024, according to her LinkedIn profile.

The company did not say why Meyer was stepping down or whether it was engaged in a search for a permanent replacement.
