Sysco Corporation has announced new compensation terms for Greg D. Bertrand, who will transition from Executive Vice President and Global Chief Operating Officer to a non-executive senior advisor role effective January 1, 2026. Under the strategic advisor agreement, Bertrand will provide at least 20 hours of service per week for a minimum of nine months and receive an annual base salary of $443,500. He will also be granted a one-time cash award of $250,000, continued vesting of company equity awards, and ongoing eligibility for retirement and health benefits. Bertrand will not be eligible for new long-term equity grants or bonus programs, except for a pro-rated cash bonus under the company's Annual Incentive Plan. If the company ends his advisory role before September 30, 2026, Bertrand will continue to receive compensation and benefits through that date.
