Rox Resources Raises AU$66 Million Via First Tranche of Placement, Shares Fall 7%

Rox Resources (ASX:RXL) completed the first tranche of the placement through the issue of 188,712,628 fully-paid ordinary shares in the firm at an issue price of AU$0.35 per share, raising AU$66 million, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The second tranche of the placement, raising AU$134 million, is expected to be completed following shareholder approval at a meeting to be held on Dec. 17.

Its shares fell over 7% in recent trading on Friday.
