Forrestania Resources (ASX:FRS) has extended the deadline for lodging the bidder's statement with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission for its offer to acquire all the shares in Kula Gold (ASX:KGD) that it does not own to Nov. 24, from its earlier deadline of Oct. 27, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Shares of the company rose 2% and shares of Kula Gold rose 3% in recent Friday trade.
