The company plans to explore applied bioengineering applications to support future growth. To facilitate the development of the laboratory, Pinnacle Food Inc., a subsidiary of Pinnacle Food Group Ltd., has entered into a consulting agreement with Bioboost Synbio Consulting Inc. Bioboost will provide advisory services covering lab construction in accordance with regulatory standards, equipment sourcing and installation, recruitment and training of personnel, and post-construction operational audits. The initiative aims to enhance the company's capabilities in smart agriculture and bioengineering.
