LFG Investment (HKG:3938) reported HK$3 million in attributable profit for the fiscal half ended Sept. 30, swinging from a loss of HK$17.5 million a year earlier, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.

Shares of the financial advisory firm gained over 4% in morning trade Wednesday.

Earnings per share were HK$0.007, compared with a loss of HK$0.043 in the prior year.

Revenue increased 294% year-on-year to HK$33.8 million, figures showed.
